How it works
Each card prints at about 3.5 inches wide by 2.25 inches tall with a dashed fold guide at the top — print on card stock, cut along the light borders and fold on the dashed line to stand the card up. The count above the button always shows how many cards your list will make.
Frequently asked questions
How many names can I add?
As many as you like — one per line. The sheet keeps adding rows and the count updates as you type, so a 120-guest list makes 120 place cards.
What paper should I use?
Thick card stock stands up best after folding. Print a single test page first to check the size and fold on your printer.
Can the cards match our invitations?
Yes. The six themes and four fonts are the same ones used across the Card Studio, so choose the same combination you used for invitations or menus.
Is my guest list uploaded anywhere?
No. Names are rendered in your browser and saved only in this browser's local storage.
